The traffic–conversion gap

Online stores convert just 1–3% of their visitors.

Your traffic is doing its job. Your site isn't. Most SMB merchants see the bounce and the abandoned carts in analytics — but not the page friction causing them.

Agencies are out of reach

Traditional UX audits run $3k–$15k and take 1–4 weeks. Out of reach for the businesses that need them most.

Existing tools miss context

PageSpeed and analytics dashboards tell you what's slow or where users dropped off. They don't explain the trust, clarity, and e-commerce-specific friction behind the numbers — in plain language.

Marketing spend is leaking

SMBs put 12–16% of revenue into marketing — but most of it lands on pages converting at 2%. Fixing the page is cheaper than buying more clicks.

SMB marketing-budget benchmarks, 2026

Brands fixing UX friction routinely see 25–40% conversion lifts in 90 days — with the best redesigns nearly doubling their baseline.

  • Airbnb listings: +25% bookings
  • HubSpot forms: +42% completions

The other half: acquisition

Google's ranking systems use page-experience signals — Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, content quality — as ranking factors. The same fixes that convert more visitors also bring more in.

  • Vodafone: 31% faster LCP → +8% sales
  • Renault: 1s LCP improvement → +13% conversions
  • Yahoo! Japan: fixed CLS → +15% page views per session

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period, you keep your remaining audits until then. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment.

Do you refund single ($5) audits?

If your audit fails, we refund you. We try to do this automatically, so the charge should drop off without you having to chase it. If you don't see the refund, or if the audit ran but you weren't happy with the report, email support@youxyoui.io and we'll sort it out. See the terms for the full policy.

Does this work for non-e-commerce sites?

Yes. The audit engine evaluates trust, clarity, navigation, and accessibility on any public site. The e-commerce-specific modules (cart trust, checkout friction, product-page conversion patterns) are richer when your site is a store, but lead-gen and content sites get the same UX/UI insights.

How long does an audit take?

5 to 10 minutes from "start" to a full report, versus 1 to 4 weeks for a traditional agency engagement.

How is my data handled?

We only audit publicly accessible pages and never log into your site. If you connect Google Search Console for richer insights, that connection is yours to revoke at any time. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.
