These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by YOU X YOU I LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16483401) with registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
Use the Services to harm, exploit, or interfere with other users or systems.
Access or collect data through automated means (e.g., scraping, crawling).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or applicable laws.

2. Accounts and Access

Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Services — including design, code, graphics, and trademarks — are the property of YOU X YOU I LTD or our licensors.

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload or submit but grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing and improving the Services.

4. Website Audits and Reports

Our website audit tool provides automated analysis and recommendations based on available data. These reports are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing recommendations.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting user privacy. Our data collection and processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We operate with a privacy-first philosophy, avoiding invasive tracking methods and complying with all applicable UK and EU data protection laws (including the UK GDPR).

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase any service, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

If an audit fails, we refund the charge. We attempt this automatically. If an audit ran and you are not satisfied with the report, for any reason, you may request a full refund of that audit within 30 days of purchase. If you subscribe, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment; cancellation then takes effect immediately. Later subscription payments are not refunded, and a subscription cancelled after that window runs to the end of its billing period. Request any refund by emailing support@youxyoui.io . We do not require a reason. We may update pricing, with prior notice, as our Services evolve.

Free trial. The Pro and Growth plans start with a 14-day free trial for accounts that have not subscribed before. We ask for a payment card when the trial starts but do not charge it during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically: we charge the card for the plan you chose on the day the trial ends, then every month or year until you cancel. We email you a reminder before the trial ends with the date and the amount. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your Profile page and you will not be charged. One free trial per account. The refund of your first subscription payment described above also applies to your first payment after a trial.

7. Referral Programme

Any signed-in account can share a referral link. The person you refer gets a discount off their first subscription invoice. You are rewarded once for each person you refer.

A referral qualifies when the person you referred has been subscribed for 3 months. On a monthly plan, that is when they have made 3 paid subscription payments. On an annual plan, it is 3 months after their first payment, if their subscription is still active. A free trial and a payment of zero do not count.

When a referral qualifies, we reward you with one sum: 5% of a year's subscription to the plan the person you referred chose, at its listed annual price in the currency they pay in, rounded down to the smallest unit of the currency. The sum is the same on a monthly and an annual plan, and a discount or coupon the person received does not reduce it.

How you receive it depends on your own account on that day. If you have an active subscription that is not set to cancel and is billed in the same currency, we add the sum to your account as credit against your next invoices. Credit has no cash value. If you do not, we owe you the sum as a payout. We pay this by hand, within 30 days of the referral qualifying, and contact you by email to arrange it.

If the person you referred makes a one-off payment before they have been subscribed for 3 months, you receive 2 audit credits for that person instead, and no account credit or payout for them. Audit credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not expire.

If you share your link in public, for example in a post, a review or on your own site, say that you may be paid for referrals.

We may withhold or withdraw a reward, and close the referral account involved, if we find evidence of abuse, such as referring an account you already control, or one that pays with your card, to claim a reward for yourself.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their own terms.

If you choose to connect Google Search Console to your account, our handling of the data we read on your behalf is governed by our Privacy Policy, and your use of Google's services remains subject to the applicable Google Terms of Service. You may revoke our access at any time from your integrations page or directly via your Google account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOU X YOU I LTD and its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities,
Errors or omissions in the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if necessary to protect our systems or users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
